Ainslee Galleries was located in the Barker Brothers Department Store. In the early years of the art business on the West Coast, there were few commercial galleries and so dealers who were situated in stores that catered to the carriage trade were able to take advantage of department-store traffic. Pictured is the inside of the brochure. [enlarge image]
